I ordered a very expensive archi, w have the rest of collection so figured I’d buy it. Doesn’t arrive assembled which I knew but they used to assemble their triclimb items before! It arrived I built it as instruction say, the last part says to connect the safety screws this is where I found out that the screw nut wasn’t there. I messaged them and told them the issue, said they’d send me the missing part out which I wasn’t happy about as I haven’t just spent 320 on something to have to fix it myself. Then told they’d send me a new one out no problem but I’d have to take the faulty one apart to box it up for them. I said no as I’m not taking it apart as it’s not my error. They’re now sending a box to hopefully accommodate the archi, but I have to still mess about cutting the box to make it fit apparently? and try to find some tape to make it secure. I think it’s very poor customer service to say I’ve probably spent well over 1000 pound with them in the past.

Babipur frequently. I have never had a problem with babipur. Items are dispatched quickly and they arrive quickly. Nothing has ever gone missing in the post.
I like most of their brands and customer service is always helpful and professional.

Brilliant products and excellent service!
I found the prices here were better than any other site, Amazon included and the packaging is far better for the environment!
Delivery was pretty much next day and there were also brilliant offers on for reusable nappy week.
I had a small error in the order but they responded with in a day and were very helpful and the best customer service I have had from any company.

Have shopped at Babipur several times and orders always arrive quickly and are packaged economically rather than with excess plastic like many other companies use.

I wanted to buy some decent wooden toys after having too many poor quality products. You think buying from decent shops like Fenwick that you'll get something worth the money but it's overpriced Chinese rubbish.
I found German made wooden toys on Babipur's website and was able to find what I was looking for. Excellent products and range; They are holding up nicely to the play time of my little girl, who was able to break her previous shape sorter toy in 20 minutes with immense ease and little effort (from a different shop).
Delivery took 24 hours which was way ahead of schedule.
I recommend the quality of these products and service.
I've purchased from Babipur on many occasions and have only ever had exemplary customer service from them. There's a very good (and rapidly increasing) range of products and a very open approach to their ethics which is positive to see. Highly recommended.
